Head of Product Management

Head of Product Management Job Functions

• Understand supply chain markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.

• Work with customers, sales, engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams togage fit with Company capabilities, define product lines, product requirements and specifications, conduct ROI and price sensitivity analysis, conduct detailed business and use case analysis, support and align product development teamswith company priorities and business objectives, and guide products to market.

• Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.

• Work consultatively with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams

Head of Product Management Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field such as Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or a technical business degree such as Management Science.

• Strong familiarity with robotics, computer vision and other automation technologies.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS with background in Supply Chain Automation – especially for warehouses and inventory automation is a very strong plus.

• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support.

• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
