As the Head of Customer Engineering Program Management at Vimaan, Shalini Srivastava is responsible for driving excellence in engineering program management, product launch, and customer success.
Shalini is a highly experienced and dedicated professional with 20+ years of experience in software engineering and technical program management. Prior to Vimaan, Shalini has worked with several big tech companies, including Apple and Meta. Throughout her career, Shalini has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and the ability to build and manage large geographically disperse, cross-functional teams to launch strategic and time sensitive initiatives. She has worked with clients in various industries, including finance, entertainment, automotive, and consumer electronics, and has a keen eye for identifying areas for process improvement and optimization. Shalini is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and enjoys collaborating with others to solve complex problems.
Shalini holds an Executive MBA degree from Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a gold medal for being the best engineering female graduate from Jadavpur University, India. With a certification in Project Management Leadership from Stanford University, and as a participant of Women’s Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School, Shalini continues to demonstrate commitment to education and professional development.
